I would never consider a trip to Half Moon Bay without dining at Pasta Moon. I discovered this delightful Italian restaurant several years ago, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The food is prepared in an open kitchen with the freshest ingredients, and the menu compares to an authentic Italian ristorante. Last night’s dinner included mussels steamed in a peppery Pinot Grigio broth, topped with thinly sliced fresh fries and a drizzle of aoli–a beautiful and richly unique presentation!
The ambiance is warm and cozy, making Pasta Moon the perfect setting for a casual lunch with your BFF or a romantic dinner for two. Adding to the lovely ambiance is owner, Kim Levin, a truly charming host with enough warmth and friendliness to guarantee you a wonderful experience.
